MSA Professional Services is currently in the design phase of this stormwater improvement project located in the eastern part of the Forest Hills Subdivision near the City’s Wastewater Treatment Facility. The initial plans account for the removal of undesirable vegetation and trees from the project location, some major site grading, and site restoration with native seeding and plantings.  Bids for this project will be opened in early May of 2023, with construction to potentially occur during the Summer and early Fall of 2023.
