Bid Submission Deadline:
All bids must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. on May 21, 2025.
Late bids will not be considered.
Bid Review and Award:
Bids will be considered by the Asbury City Council at the May 27, 2025 City Council meeting.
Bid Submission Instructions:
Each BIDDER shall accompany its bid with a bid security of 5% of the bid proposal as security that the successful BIDDER will enter into a contract for the sale of real property and will purchase the property after the award of the bid to the successful bidder and shall be in the form of a cashier’s check, or certified check drawn on a state chartered or federally charted bank, or a certified share draft drawn on a state-chartered or federally chartered credit union. The Bid Security shall contain no exceptions.
