This project will be bid in late June, 2025.  The work consists of:

Asphalt milling and overlay work for streets within the Tuscany Ridge Subdivision, Centura Court, Sandwedge Drive and Court, part of Asbury Road, and asphalt paving of an access lane between the City's Wastewater Treatment Facility and a lift station. Work will also include the overlay and paving of trails within the Forest Hills Subdivision and the Althaus Trail. Minor sidewalk installation in the Forest Hills Subdivision and a minor streambank repair along a portion of the Forest Hills Trail.

A public hearing on this project will be held on May 27, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at Asbury City Hall, 5290 Grand Meadow Drive, Asbury, Iowa 52002.

Bids will be opened on June 4, 2025.  On June 10, 2025, bids were will reviewed and a contract will be awarded at the City Council meeting.
