The City of Asbury’s 2026 Yard Waste Program begins Thursday, April 2 and runs through Thursday, November 19. Each single-family home receives 24 free yard waste tags, available at City Hall. Tags must be attached to bags or bundles before placing them at the curb.

Collection Details:

• Day: Thursdays (set out by 6:00 AM)

• Limit: 10 bags or bundles per week. Bags may not exceed: 30 gallons or 40 pounds.

• Accepted Items: Leaves, grass clippings, garden debris, and small branches (bundled and tied)  Bundles cannot be any longer than 4 feet or 2 feet in diameter.

Bags can be purchased at Hy-Vee, Farm and Fleet or Theisen's.  Keep Asbury clean and green!
