The City of Asbury is accepting sealed bids for the sale of the following household appliances:

• Over-the-Range Microwave Oven
• Freestanding Electric Range
• Top-Freezer Refrigerator
• Front-Load Washer
• Front-Load Electric Dryer

All items are being sold AS IS with no warranties expressed or implied.

Bid Submission Information

Sealed bids must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked:

and addressed to:

Asbury City Hall
5290 Grand Meadow Drive, Suite 1
Asbury, IA 52002

Bid Security Requirements

Each bidder shall accompany its bid with one of the following forms of payment:

• Cash
• Cashier’s Check
• Certified Check drawn on a state-chartered or federally chartered bank
• Certified Share Draft drawn on a state-chartered or federally chartered credit union

Deadline for Submission

Bids will be accepted until:

1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2026

The City of Asbury reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to resolicit bids at its sole discretion.
